The following programs will provide PC Express with remote support to your computer terminal. These applications will only allow PC Express access when you manualy run them. Once the programs have been terminated remote access can not be gained until you run the shortcuts installed on your computer terminal.

VNC Instant Support

Click the icon below to install PC Express VNC Instant Support to your computer terminal.

When prompted click run and run. You will then be presented with a screen. Double Click on the support broker which the support engineer has told you to use.

VISTA Instant Support

Click the icon below to run PC Express Vista VNC Instant Support Agent.

When prompted click run, run and allow. You will then be presented with a screen. Double Click on the support broker which the support engineer has told you to use.
